WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE? 

Our goal is to ship within 1-3 business days from receiving your order. Sometimes circumstances beyond our control prevents this from happening, when this occurs, we will do our best to communicate delays with you. We ask for your patience as we navigate the current shipping issues.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We currently offer shipping of all products in the USA only.

WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO UPDATE MY SHIPPING INFORMATION?

To make any changes to your shipping address please send an e-mail to info@blaqdiamondsports.com immediately.

However, if your shipment has already shipped it will be your responsibility to make arrangements with the post office.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

All purchases are FINAL once an order ships. To cancel an order, you must do so BEFORE the order ships, you can cancel by sending an e-mail to info@blaqdiamondsports.com

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Unopened merchandise can be returned within 14 days of your order delivery date. Returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. We do not provide return shipping.

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your tracking number shows that your order was delivered, but you cannot find it, you should call your local Post Office. Usually, they are able to locate it. We are happy to help however we can, but please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

WHAT IS YOUR REPLACEMENT POLICY? WHAT ABOUT BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS?

If for any reason one of your items arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product so we can send a replacement. We may request photos of the damaged item(s) for our quality control review.

HOW ARE THE BOOKS MAILED?

All books are placed inside a self-seal rigid cardboard mailer.
